Communications (such as messages, emails, calls or in-app chat content and support requests). Reviews and ratings (including the content you post and metadata associated with it).
- Payment and transaction details (such as billing details and purchase history). Payment card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by us. To improve and secure the Platform, including troubleshooting, analytics, fraud prevention and abuse detection.

- Payment processors and related parties to process payments (including fraud screening).

Tradies are independent businesses. If you engage a Tradie, they may collect and handle your personal information for their own purposes (for example, to provide a quote or complete a job) and their privacy practices may differ from ours.

Some information you provide may be visible to other users or the public, such as your profile information (for example, business name, service areas and description) and content you post (such as reviews/ratings). Please consider what you choose to share, including in photos and messages. We use cookies and similar technologies on our website and may use SDKs in our app to help the Platform function, remember your preferences, understand how users interact with the Platform, and improve performance. You can usually control cookies through your browser settings; you may also be able to control certain app permissions and advertising identifiers through your device settings. Disabling cookies or permissions may affect functionality.
5. Storage, security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
